Institute of Leadership Management (ILM Qualifications)
Our approved and national recognised ILM programme aims to enhance or develop the knowledge and/or skills of managers/ leaders/coaches/mentors within their own organisations.
Our qualifications:
- Qualifications for junior managers - Level 3 these qualifications aim to help individuals in their first management / leadership role.
- Qualifications for middle managers - Level 5 these qualifications aim to help individuals once they've been promoted into middle management where they need to lead and manager junior managers as well as have more input into budgets and organisational decision making.
- Qualifications for senior managers - Level 7 these qualifications aim to support senior executives as they lead their organisations. (To be introduced early 2012)
- Endorsed or development programmes that are tailored specifically to your needs, and are formally endorsed by the ILM showing them to be of a certain high standard
