Giggles Day Nursery in Bournemouth

We are OFSTED registered for Full Day Care and Sessional Day Care for Children from 3 months to 5 years. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, all year round except for Bank Holidays and one week at Christmas.

As we are a small nursery we are registered to accept thirty children a day into the nursery and because of this we are able to cater for every child's individual needs.

Nursery Rooms:

Ladybirds (3-2 years)
Butterflies (2-3 years)
Buzzybees (3-5years).

All our staff have current CRB checks and have obtained Food Hygiene and First Aid certificates; also they are qualified in childcare and continue training in order to optimise their knowledge.

We are OFSTED registered therefore we are able to claim money for the 3-5 year olds funding to help you towards the cost of fees.

Baby Unit

Our Baby Unit is able to take children from the ages of 3months - 2 years old. We have a range of toys and activities to keep your young children amused and to encourage their confidence and independence.

Activities for Children

We have a vast amount of activities for the children to take part in, including messy play, writing, maths and science games, role-play, cooking, puzzles, play dough and outdoor play. We encourage the children to choose their own activities and to also help to tidy up in order to increase their independence and social skills for when they go to school.

We also have a secure outside play area with toys and the children also have access to the Play Centre with the staff, also a quiet area for the children to rest in if they get tiered from a busy day at nursery.

Staff members follow planning on a daily basis to ensure the children's knowledge and experiences are being developed in order to enable them to learn.

Our aim at Giggles Nursery is to have fun, introduce children to new activities and friends and aid them in their learning.

Nursery Prices

- We pride ourselves on having low fees but for high quality childcare.
- Fees can either be paid weekly, monthly or termly in advance.
- Extra hours are charged at £4.00 each.
