My name is Heather Downie. I have been in the Registration Service (Births, Marriages & Deaths) for most of my working life, from the youngest female Registrar to Superintendent Registrar for a county. I have valuable knowledge and experience from conducting over 10,000 marriage ceremonies and renewal of vows for couples celebrating a special anniversary or having married abroad and wishing to hold a celebration with family and friends.
I can honestly say I have a clear understanding of what the client wants by listening to you and together we will create the ceremony that fulfils your dreams.
