We first opened on a hot May afternoon in 1981, and we’ve not looked back since. A lot has changed over the years, but we remain true to our original ideals. We offer authentic Italian recipes, a relaxed atmosphere and a great price.

La Piccola Italia is the place to enjoy a bustling lunch or candlelit supper. Located in the youthful district of Lansdowne, our restaurant epitomises the feel of a traditional Italian ristorante. At La Piccola Italia you dine amongst bright ionic columns and rich claret tones under a cloud of chianti flasks.

We strive to prepare our meals in authentically Italian ways. We do a wide selection of stonebaked pizzas, pastas, salads and al forno dishes, as well as traditional grilled meat and fish specialities.
