How we work
Our service provides a contact and booking process and helpful advice.
We have a call centre that takes the incoming calls and books the customer using our electronic diary system. All our vehicles have trackers fitted.
We endeavour to repair products on the first visit, so every call is forecasted for parts and correct product information is gleaned from the customer to keep visits to a minimum.
After a call is booked, the technician calls the customer the day before the visit to give a more specific time of arrival.
At all times the bill payer is kept in the loop of progression of call and authority is always required before proceeding with any parts that are required to finish repair.

'Nice to know companies like this still exist. Oven not working - they advised on phone to check timer not set by accident, which had happened, so no need for engineer to come out - some companies would have sent someone and charged call out.
