Emma Baber (Director) spent many a family holiday in the area during her childhood, and relocated from Oxfordshire to Christchurch in 2003. She has since spent a number of years increasing her property portfolio in the area and worked as an estate agent until moving over to the buying side as a property search agent. Through her work and personal life, she has established a substantial network of contacts in the community and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area.

Apart from the more obvious benefits of using this service; such as the time a client will save, the stress relief from having someone else deal with the entire process and the hard negotiation on price, a represented buyer demonstrates their commitment to finding a property and is therefore viewed by vendors and estate agents as a serious buyer. As a result, if a suitable property is being marketed quietly or has not yet come to the market, the vendor and or estate agent will notify Emma about the property so that she can arrange for her client to view at their earliest convenience.

Once the property has been secured, Emma will negotiate hard on the purchase price and deal with the estate agents, vendors, solicitors, surveyors, planning officers, etc to ensure a smooth process to exchange, completion and beyond where necessary.

It is a common misconception that this service is only carried out for TV, or that it is the reserve of the rich and famous. This is not the case, any budget is considered and our service is thorough, professional and affordable. Moreover, if a client does not wish to take advantage of the full service, they are free to pick and choose which aspects of the search process we get involved in and the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
