We offer parties for a minimum of 30 guests; the average is around 80 to 100, and we regularly cater for 500-guest corporate events.

We provide breakfast, lunch & evening meals.

Our shopping is carried out wisely and skilfully through trusted suppliers: for instance we have joined such famous restaurants as Rick Stein, Gary Rhodes and the Roux family in serving Blythburgh Free Range Pork. We always accommodate your budget without compromising quality and our reputation.

We cook all food on site, using our own professional equipment. All salads are freshly prepared on the day.

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year and are often available at short notice (minimum 5 days notice is usually required).

Any location, no matter how remote. Most events are within a 50 mile radius of our base in Stockbridge, - covering Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and beyond. But we will always go the extra mile or 50!

Clean & Clear Away Service

We offer a comprehensive clean & clear away service. We will, if necessary, work through the night until the area is totally clean.

Chiller Vans

We have two chiller vehicles available for hire to our catering clients, from £100 per event.

Breakfast at Your Workplace

Even if your premises do not have catering facilities, we can provide your staff with a superb breakfast to boost efficiency, motivation and morale. And all from only £4 a head!

Marquees

Many of our clients do not have the extensive gardens required to accommodate a standard frame marquee. Catering 4 Occasions can now offer our customers one or more pop-up marquees. Each is 3m x 3m, has a raised centre section and is similar to those used at the Hampshire Farmers Markets.

We would normally erect the marquees on the day before your event, and drop them the day after.
