Victoria and Megan are energetic and intuitive individuals who believe ‘details are everything’. As well as planning every detail of your event from the initial ideas stage, guest lists, venue booking, hire of audio-visual equipment or even cakes and flowers, they can also provide handmade items such as photo walls and their ‘sweet steps’ to make your day that little bit more special and unique.

There are a range of packages available to suit each client’s individual requirements and budgets.

Those packages are:

  • The Full Package – This is an all-inclusive service, from the initial consultation to discuss your ideas, all the way through to completion. This service includes set up and On the Day Co-Ordination, ensuring you get to enjoy your event.
  • The Half Package – Having started planning your event, you may have become short of time, stressed or just need some help dealing with suppliers etc. This is where Kingston Harley can step in and support you. This service includes On the Day Co-Ordination.
  • The Partial Package – After an initial consultation, we will contact your suppliers and take control of all communications. This allows you to enjoy the build up to the event rather than worry over the logistics. This includes On the Day Co-Ordination.
  • Event Consultancy Package – This service is ideal for anyone who likes the idea of “help when they need it”. This package enables you to purchase just the right amount of help and support specific to your needs. From £35 for an individual hour to purchasing a block of 5 hours for £150.
