Blend offers a truly unique bar and café experience in Christchurch. The setting is both trendy and European with decor that is sophisticated and at the same time relaxing.

During the day, we offer a tantalising range of freshly made smoothies, milkshakes, delicious coffees and teas. The coffees are roasted to order, using beans from Ethiopia and Honduras which are organic, Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance.

Our varied menu includes a variety of homemade organic savouries and cakes. Choose from home-baked rolls and wraps to salads, sandwiches and pastries. There is something to suit every taste. Whether it be one of our delicious salads with a freshly squeezed juice, or a delicious Fairtrade coffee and a chocolate brownie, Blend is café culture at its best!

As for the evening, we are open on Fridays and Saturdays until 11pm where you can sit and enjoy a great selection of wines, beers and cocktails, whilst listening to live music.

Ye Olde Gorge Inn is the oldest inn in town and the most talked about in Dorset, dating back six hundred years to medieval times.

The pub holds years of history, grey ladies - ghosts of women who die violently for the sake of love or through the heartless actions of a family member and sumugglers stories are still present within the walls and wooden floorboards. The Ye Olde George Inn is also a legendary hideaway for priests as it has hidden away within the roof, a priest hole.
