The Broadstone (Dorset) Golf Club is private members' Club, originally founded in 1898. The original course was laid out to the east of the now disused Somerset & Dorset railway line.

In 1920, a re-design of the course was completed to incorporate the heathland holes to the west of the railway line and remains largely unaltered to this day.

As a quality course, Broadstone has been selected to host many National and Regional Golf tournaments.
