The restaurant has a fantastic glass wall which offers the most amazing panoramic views over the seafront. The service from the bar staff to the restaurant staff is attentive and thorough and the presentation of the food is exquisite.

The Crab Restaurant is actually joined to The Park Central Hotel. Park Central Hotel is one of Bournemouth's newest hotels, opening back in April. Once an old language school, Park Central Hotel offers the perfect location for exploring Bournemouth both for leisure and for business. The rooms are all newly refurbished and of a high standard with a minimalist effect. The beds are the highlight of the room, being extremely comfortable with their cool Egyptian cotton sheets. Rooms all include their own private bathrooms and flat screen TVs.
