DORSET Property Agents Bournecoast is excited to announce that it has reached pole position in Rightmove's rankings of local
agent performance.

It has achieved 1st out of 76 agents for available properties listed by their Lettings department. This is due in part to the incredibly successful launch of its new Westbourne office which has generated an influx of new instructions registered by the residential lettings team.

Bournecoast has become very successful at attracting new landlords, not least because of a solid track record of having successfully let a large volume of stock to good quality tenants. These tenants have to go through a rigorous vetting process by their experienced in-house referencing team. The latter 4 months in 2011 saw Bournecoast let an astonishing 125 properties bucking the trend of what is historically renowned as a largely subdued period for the rental market.
