Week 6

Yipeee really pleased i have lost another 2.5lbs so its all going the right way, i must confess i have been very hungry this week, but i think its because i am due on for my period this week and it makes me feel like i could eat a scabby donkey :-)

However you will be pleased to know i managed to avoid the Donkey and stuck with my celery and carrots lovely chicken turkey and healthy food. Seriously i am still enjoying the diet and am very chuffed at the results i am achieving. I am building in exercise 2-3 times a week with Wi fit at home and its making a difference to me I'm sure... So i shall keep on track and keep you posted with my results....

week 5

Had a much better focused week, got back on track and spent all weekend preparing mmyself for the week cooked some chicken soup for lucntimes as i have been wanting some warm stuff t and it has helped having it prepared in advance.

I got some great recipes from Karen this week and have made some of those up you can look at Sureslims web site to see some examples of them. I was really pleased when i went for my weigh in as i lot 3.5 lbs so i was very HAPPY

I can really feel it in my clothes and i am definitely sleeping better and have more energy. I saw some family friends at the weekend who i have not seen for a while and they all noticed my weight loss which made me feel really good and more determined to keep going for the rest of my weight loss and looking forward to the thinner me...

Week 4

Ok its now my 4th week and have to say I thought I was going ok, but having been weighed today and I'm not :-(

I had been a little naughty over the weekend not so much with food but too many glasses of champagne, and then thought I would be clever by not eating and that would work for me....Dooh!!! did'nt work that way my stomach thought my neck had been cut so my body held on to everything and stopped my metabolism all together....I also found that not having my weekly weigh in was not helping me stay focused and was not giving me the help and support that I clearly still need.

Seeing Karen today will help me stay focused and i shall be going every single week to make sure that I am eating enough of the right things from my programme. I got some great recipes ideas today and shall be trying them through the week I have lost weight and inches to date which I'm very pleased about and must not lose sight of that, however I need to remain focused and be proud of what i have done but keep going to achieve my ultimate weight loss.

Watch this space for next weeks great results and the thinner me....(without the champagne)

Week 3

Really going well again and lost 3lbs i cant believe how good i am being and how much i am LOVING the diet.....such healthy food and im looking forward to my lunch and dinner, i have never ate so much Fish i have had Shark, trout, red snapper, cod, lemon sole and Scallops....all done in the oven roasted and all very delicious....i will get measured again in the next 2 weeks but i know im loosing inches and my clothes are bigger and i have had to buy some new work trousers as my old ones are to big and i cant roll them up anymore, without looking like Nora Batty....

If your thinking about loosing weight then try this diet is just 'Absolutely fabulous darlings....'

Week 2

A great second week Yipeee I lost another 4lbs its been great I really feel really in control of what im doing and not hungry at all. The key is to be organised and to make sure you have the right food in your fridge as it makes such a differance to look forward to what you are eating knowing 1. its good for you and 2. its ging to help make you slimmer. Karen is a great help and gives me tips on what i can and cant have if im a little confused and need new ideas.

I am eating loads of Fish and Chicken and Turkey with roasted veg and salad...thats what im alowed on my specific plan, But dont forget when you join Sure Slim you have your own tailor made programe.

So i have now lost in 2 weeks 8lbs and have lost 1.5 inches of my hips and 1inch of my waist....cant wait for my 3rd week.....

Week 1

Okay so here’s the thing. Sure Slim have been advertising on Bournemouthtown.co.uk since October. When they approached me to see if I would be interested in running some editorial on their fabulous diet programme, I was a little nervous, but I could do with losing a few pounds so I thought why not!

I’ve tried lot’s of different diets in the past from the cabbage soup and Chardonnay diet through to shakes and bars and a lettuce leaf for dinner. All work for a short period but as soon as you go back to normal eating, the pounds just pile back on. All have left me feeling tired and lethargic and not up for doing much activity so with all of this in mind, you can understand why I was feeling so apprehensive about the SureSlim diet plan.

I’m now a week into my diet and I really do not know why I was worried! For the past seven days, I have followed my set plan to the letter and I have more energy, I feel great plus my trousers are definitely bigger now!

The SureSlim diet plan is tailored for each and every individual. This means that if you were to take the plan, your diet would be completely different to mine. When you first embark on the plan, a full blood measure is taken to ascertain levels of good and bad cholesterol, liver function and general wellbeing from this information, your tailor-made diet plan is then developed!

Over the last week, I have eaten three meals a day. My main diet is based around chicken, fish and turkey. I am not allowed red meat or shellfish. I’ve eaten loads of fresh vegetables, soups, fruit, nuts and seeds. I have struggled with drinking two litres of water every day but I’ve done my best!

At the end of my first week, I have definitely lost weight. I feel much fitter and healthier than when I’ve been on other diets and most importantly, I’ve not been hungry at all.

I would recommend the SureSlim diet for anyone who is serious about losing weight at a healthy pace and who wants to keep the weight off. I would also recommend that to be successful on this diet, organisation is the key! Make sure that you prepare your meals in advance and that you fill your fridge of healthy food!
