As bespoke bakers, each cake is tailor made to your exact requirements, therefore the level of decoration, type of cake and filling required will affect the total cost of the finished cake.

​Our starting price for a decorated cake is £55.

Carter Valentino bakers are highly skilled professionals and only use the best ingredients, therefore do not offer “budget” cakes.

Wedding Cakes

We love to spend time with our Brides and Grooms discussing ideas and creating fabulous designs. We know your time is valuable too, so we offer flexible appointments to suit your busy life style.

Our free consultations are held at the Carlton Hotel in Bournemouth on the first Tuesday of every month for one hour. Booking is required.

For your convenience we also provide a home consultation service in the evening. There is a fee of £50 for this service, which will be deducted from the total once your cake is booked.

Carter Valentino are the recommended suppliers to the Hallmark Hotels and the Miramar Hotel Bournemouth and have been featured on Wedding Dates.


Carter Valentino also create homemade, delicious and affordable buffets, tailor made to suit your requirements, taking the pressure from your special event and leaving you free to create magnificent memories.

All our packages include local delivery, set up, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and tablecloths leaving you to simply turn up and enjoy your celebration. Please visit our website to see our three most popular menus and corresponding costs.

Naturally we are more than happy to add/remove items to make your menu perfect for you and your guests

​We offer free delivery to postcodes within a three-mile radius of BH10 and BH12. Our deliveries are made between 7 and 9 pm Monday to Friday; alternatively we are able to deliver on Saturday mornings by prior arrangement.

Run by experienced husband and wife team Francis and Annie Raven-Vause, HeartLed Wellbeing is a Dorset based wellbeing consultancy. Offering Personally tailored mental health services for individuals and organisations delivered either in the workplace or at their private consulting rooms.

Services include Training,Counselling, Coaching, Psychotherapy and Wellbeing Events across Bournemouth, Wimborne, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood and the surrounding areas.

Francis has had an interesting and varied career, including working in agriculture, motor and leisure industries. After 12 years of running his own outdoor event company he retrained first becoming a Practitioner then Master Practitioner of NLP. Now a Personal Coach he works with people who are stressed, anxious or have mild depression.

Annie is a BACP Registered Psychotherapist, Master Practitioner of NLP, Nurse and Midwife based in Wimborne, Dorset. Annie set up her first business fourteen years ago and since then has helped many people and organisations develop. Along the way she coached and supported individuals under pressure, lacking in confidence and struggling to balance the demands of their job and family life.

One-to-One Performance Coaching


One-to-one performance coaching and therapy involves an initial face to face chat, obligation free, to learn more about you and what you want to achieve. During our time together we will agree how future sessions.


Both coaching and therapy take place over a period of time, usually around six months though sometimes longer. We appreciate that some people will need less and others may need more, at the end of the day it’s about you and your progress.


Group Coaching Sessions


We run group coaching sessions across Bournemouth, Poole, Wareham, Christchurch and Wimborne. If you would prefer to work as part of a smaller group then this can be arranged. We aim to keep our groups small so that you get more chance to share learning, expertise and experiences with other group members, in other words to chance to develop a stronger bond and deeper relationship within the group. This package enables you to purchase just the right amount of help and support specific to your needs. From £35 for an individual hour to purchasing a block of 5 hours for £150.
