Stagewise present … The Greatest Summer Workshop with Jamie Jigsaw
Roll up, roll up! Following the success of last year’s sell-out Beauty & the Beast summer workshops, Stagewise invite children aged 4-11 to join the circus with three days of performing arts fun this August
At the workshops children will experience the thrills and spills of the circus while learning new skills in singing, dancing and acting, with musical numbers from The Greatest Showman, Barnum and Dumbo. There’s also the chance for them to try their hand at Jamie Jigsaw’s circus masterclass, attempt a spot of custard pie clowning and get stuck into some circus-themed craft activities – all helped along by a big sprinkling of Stagewise magic.
Stagewise Principal Ally Cox says: “With the phenomenal success of The Greatest Showman, circus fever is in the air and has really captured children’s imaginations. Everybody is welcome at our workshops and you don’t need to have any experience of performing. Children can come along, make new friends and above all have a lot of fun. We’re especially excited that we will be joined by Jamie Jigsaw, who will be teaching everybody some fantastic circus skills!”
Workshops will be held at Wimborne’s Community Learning & Resource Centre, 9am-5pm from 1-3 August and at Priory School in Christchurch from 6-7 August. Three days of thrills and spills costs £70 or just one day for £25. There’s also a 25% discount for siblings and if you recommend a friend Stagewise will give you £5 off your booking.
Step right up and call Ally on 07702 309486 to book tickets for your little ringmasters, acrobats, strongmen and trapeze artists to join Stagewise for The Greatest Summer Workshop.
It’s sure to fulfil a million dreams!
